Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by a Gaismas Market customer service manager to confirm specifications details, delivery time and payment terms. We deliver goods across Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Russia.

Delivery methods:

• Pick-up at Gaismas Market store (Brivibas str. 99, Riga, Latvia) or at our Storehouse (Ventspils str. 48, Riga, Latvia);

• OMNIVA courier delivery;

• OMNIVA parcel machine delivery.

Orders over €100 placed in the online store are delivered across Riga for free.

Orders over €150 placed in the online store are delivered across Latvia for free.

Orders over €150 placed in the online store are delivered across Estonia and Lithuania for free.

Delivery terms and conditions:

1. Goods of 20kg+ are delivered to the client’s door. In such cases, the client must take care of bringing the goods inside the house (apartment).

2. Before accepting the goods and sign the invoice, evaluate the external packaging!

3. On the day of delivery, the courier calls the client to confirm the exact time of delivery.

4. In case of delivery by courier or by means of a parcel machine, the client must independently check delivery status, quantity and condition of the goods.

5. Upon receipt of the goods, one must submit buyer’s identification document and the unique order number specified in the invoice.

6. In case of receiving the goods via the parcel machine, a parcel code is required.

7. The client independently ensures the confidentiality of data associated with his/her account and order.

8. We make sure that the selected product is delivered in the shortest possible time, wherever and whenever convenient.

9. The goods available in stock are delivered the next day within Riga, during the working day from 09:00 to 18:00 (if the order was placed no later than 16:00).

10. Delivery across Latvia is carried out within 1 to 3 working days.

11. Delivery across Estonia and Lithuania is carried out within 1 to 5 working days.

12. Delivery across Russia is carried out from 1 to 10 working days.

13. A reminder about the goods being on the way is always sent in advance to inform the client.

14. No later than 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, our courier contacts the client.

15. If the product is available in one of our salons, one can get it immediately.

16. If the order is placed on weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the next business day.


1. Cash payment.

For goods available in a warehouse or company salons, payment is made on the spot.

When ordering goods, prepayment of 50% is made in the salons.

2. Payment by bank transfer.

Payment by wire transfer is made through any bank. Individuals must specify the order number in the bank receipt. Legal entities are contacted by customer service operators to issue an invoice. The product is considered paid when the funds appear on the online store account. Until receipt of funds, the ordered goods are reserved in the warehouse.

3. Payment by card.

Payment is made upon receipt of goods in the store.

Payment is made when an online order is made by using the following cards: (coming soon) If payment for the goods has been accomplished, but the purchase did not take place due to the absence of goods or other reason stipulated by the contract, the money is transferred to the buyer's account within 14 calendar days from the date of application receipt.
